International workshop: Polymers at Electrodes
A Quarter of a Century later
6. – 9. November 2011, Bad Schandau
Germany
organized by the
Center of Spectroelectrochemistry,
Leibniz-Institute for Solid State and Materials Research,
IFW Dresden, Germany
General information
The workshop refers to a meeting held at the same place in 1986 on polymers at electrodes which was a new field in electrochemistry at that time. A quarter of a century later we will review the current state of polymers at electrodes both from fundamental and applied viewpoints. All types of polymers like conducting polymers, polymer electrolytes and functional polymers as well as conjugated organic structures are considered with respect to the molecular aspects in charge transfer reactions.
Bad Schandau is a well-known health resort placed in the wonderful area of Saxon Switzerland only 40 km off Dresden.
