Polarization Loop Tracer
Polarization loops measurement is a crucial test for the presence of ferroelectric state. The TF Analyzer 2000 (AixACCT, Aachen, Germany) is one of the best analyzers of ferroelectrics and related materials (including multiferroics) in bulk crystals, ceramics, thin- and thick film forms. In our configuration we use TF Analyzer 2000, TREC 610 D High-voltage Supply/Amplifier/Controller and Oxford continuous-flow Cryostat.
measured example:
Polarization loop measured for the multiferroic EuMn2O5 single crystal. Temperatures: 10, 22 and 50 K
Features:
- Hysteresis-, staic hysteresis-, fatigue-, retention- leakage current measurements
- Polarization and depolarization currents mesurements
- Voltage range up to 10000 V
- Maximum output current ±1 A
- Maximum hysteresis excitation frequency 250 Hz
- Current range of the input amplifier 1 pA - 1 A
- Temperature range:
- 4.2 K – 380 K (Cryostat system)
- 295 K – 600 K (Extra furnace)
