Research Services - Funding

Research Services supports the IFW's researchers to identify, secure and manage more than € 5 Mio of research funds every year.  The support includes help with applications for research funding, help with the negotiating research-related contracts and agreements, advise about the costing and pricing of research, advice on how to find funding and advise about Intellectual Property issues.

In detail, the support covers the following points:

• Information on national, European and international research funding,

• Individual advice on funding possibilities,

• Quotations for scientific services to industry,
• Negotiating of research-related non-disclosure agreements, contracts and agreements.

The European Project Office supports the IFW scientist intensely during the proposal praparation phase, the negotiation of the contract with the project partners and the EC, makes the project management and all financial issues.
