On June 20, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming more than 3,300 curious visitors to IFW Dresden as part of the 22nd Dresden Science Night.

It was truly inspiring to see how engaged and open-minded our guests – young and old – were throughout the evening. Whether exploring the microscopic world, testing materials for bridges, marveling at the color spectacle of the SpinBike, or discovering our impressive Helium Hall – there was amazement, hands-on exploration, and lively discussions at every corner. Our program under the slogan “Die Nacht, die schlauer macht” was as diverse as science itself – and it continued well beyond our doors across the entire campus.

We had a fantastic time sharing our passion for science. A big thank you to everyone who visited us. We’re already looking forward to next year!
