Library Night 2025

We present Leibniz special knowledge for the Library Night at SLUB Dresden.

On April 4, 2025, under the slogan “Wissen. Teilen. Entdecken.” the Library Night will take place nationwide. With a colorful program of events, workshops, readings and guided tours, numerous libraries throughout Germany invite you. In Dresden, the municipal institutions, the Saxon State and University Library Dresden and the special libraries of the Leibniz Institutes are taking part.

Our contributions to the Library Night on April 4, 2025:

Leibniz special knowledge in Dresden
Discover the fascinating world of special libraries presented by the Dresden Leibniz Institutes IÖR, IFW and IPF.
Whether materials or urban development - specialized research needs specialized knowledge. But what distinguishes a specialized library from other libraries? What challenges do these knowledge repositories face today?
