7th International Summer School Spectroelectrochemistry

The summer school provides theoretical and practical training in state-of-the-art methods in the field.

From 29 August to 4 September 2025, the 7th International Summer School Spectroelectrochemistry will take place at the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research Dresden (IFW Dresden).

This one-week event offers a comprehensive program combining theoretical foundations and hands-on training in state-of-the-art spectroelectrochemical techniques – including in situ ESR/EPR, NMR, UV-vis-NIR, luminescence, FTIR and Raman spectroelectrochemistry, as well as computational modelling. Renowned scientists will deliver lectures and guide small-group laboratory sessions.

Participants will also have the opportunity to present their own research in a poster session, with awards for the best contributions. The event will be held in English.

The International Summer School Spectroelectrochemistry is a well-established and highly regarded event within the scientific community, regularly hosted at IFW Dresden.
